Don't worry capitalism and America's entrepreneurial spirit will find a way around this one. Drink Nazis be damed.

I mean geez..they just had an election.
I agree, let the New Yorkers ban everything according to the personal whims of their elected tyrants, they wanted it, they can have it.

Right. But unfortunately s*** rolls down hill, and this nanny state crap ends up coming from California and New York to Ohio and other places.

Liberals are running amok in New York City - and everywhere else. Thank God we have such enlightened politicians. If it weren't for them running everyone else's life, society would be such a disaster.

I hope the silly progressives who voted for DeBlasio enjoy the results of their vote.

did not the mayor just say that they did not need to be micromanaged? this is micromanagement at its worst.

Better? LMAO whats so great about NYC? NOTHING... I live about 25 minutes from the GWB and paying 14 bucks for a toll to see rats and a smelly city sucks. I live in the northern part of NJ , i find it funny so many people from NYC are leaving to come live in NJ. I lived in Texas for 14 years and it was great.

Hmmm? Smoking bans ring a bell DD? One can no longer smoke in a private establishment in the state of Ohio due to forced legislation. Or how about telling restaurants what oils they can cook their food in? The mayor of Cleveland actually said that we have to ban trans fat in restaurants because people are not smart enough to look out for themselves and make smart decisions in regards to their health. Who in the hell is he to decide that?
