The 9th Circuit Court has ordered Google to refuse to serve a customer (take down a video) because the video may be offensive because of it's anti-Muslim content.
So, apparently, the 9th Circuit has no problem with refusal of service based on the beliefs of a client (the person who uploaded the video).
I see you were careful not to include the real story, that being an actress sued because the director used her likeness fraudulently. Whether that argument has merit (obviously it does based on the decision), the case had nothing to do with anybody's speech or beliefs.
It is clear he did not, and is just trolling for rep points from the other nutters who won't either. But this is the internet, where you can willfully lie because most are too stupid or lazy to figure it out for themselves.
Of course he didn't. How could he pretend to be outraged if he actually read what the case involved? And he is banking on the fact that the rest of the knee-jerk rightwingers here won't read it either, but will jump in and be all outraged, too. And they most likely will comply.
Then you knowingly lied about what it said. And are passing off something that you know isn't true. How would you like it if a reporter recorded you talking about how much you hate Obamacare, then edited over it with somebody else's voice to say how much you love Obamacare? Because that is pretty much the same thing that occurred here.

Not trolling! I thought it was interesting in light of the fact that some on here argue that you cannot deny service to a client based on that client's religious beliefs (In this case, apparently, anti-Muslim).
No, I didn't. Google was ordered to take down the video, because of it's anti-Muslim content.
