What idiot agrees to a confidentiality agreement as settlement? He should fire his lawyers for letting the school's lawyers even propose that!

He must be so proud to call that girl his daughter.

It really stinks to have a child that age who is so immature and thinks it is okay to speak like that and post her entire life along with her families life on facebook.

I wonder who is going to pay for that vacation now that she lost all that money for her parents...
It would be a shame if the vacation was cancelled and that boat was repossessed.

What is sad about it?
She lost the settlement money because she had to brag on Facebook and to be so arrogant about it as well.

not quite...

The settlement agreement since its been voided by a court would simply restart the whole process with the dad needing to refile a lawsuit. A settlement avoids the lawsuit, it doesnt mitigate the issues which caused it to begin with.

from the article:

"He is allowed to file a motion for rehearing and also appeal to the Florida Supreme Court.
However, the odds of Snay's winning his money back are slim, according to attorney Bradley Shear."
