How are the cops finding out who has drugs? To prove that this result is due to racial demonstration it would need to be shown that both groups are at equal risk of getting caught. It could be that this result is largely due to racial discrimination, but correlation isn't causation.
If you quietly smoke a bowl in your house before playing Call of Duty, for example, you have an exceedingly low risk of getting arrested. If you're smoking in a house in the country/suburbs you have a much lower risk of getting caught vs. an apartment complex where the smoke travels through the vents and other people can smell it. If you're in a low crime area you have a lower risk of getting caught because the police aren't called there as much. If you're hanging out with middle class college students you have a much lower risk of getting caught than if you're hanging out with gang bangers, and so on.
The ACLU put out a huge paper on this, there were a few things I found interesting...

This should not even be up for discussion. I didn't read the thread but anyone with common sense knows that Whites have all the power in this country. A black person can be a total ******* to a white person but that does not make him/her racist. Maybe just an ******* in this case. Think about who runs the countryand all of the corporations. NOT people of color. Yes, there will be one here and there but the majority of whites are in charge. I just don't understand why a White person would think a Black person has more sway and power in our society. Where is this coming from exactly??? Makes no sense.

Maybe you can explain how Warren Buffet and Bill Gates having tons of money, or Marissa Meyer and Tim Cook being CEOs of large companies translates into the average white person in the US "having all the power?" I'm sure the tens of millions of poor white people would love to hear about how they're magically imbued with all this power by virtue of being the same race as the people who run the country (except for that President guy).

Broadly speaking, these vast inequalities between blacks and whites in US society really only have two possible explanations:
1) Whites tend to do better than blacks because of systemic inequalities that limit opportunities for blacks and diminish their likelihood of succeeding in life.
2) Whites tend to better than blacks because they are racially superior.
There really is no third option. And frankly, option 2 is the one most whites seem to believe. Even mention racism, and most whites just roll their eyes. They just don't believe racism exists; they only believe "reverse racism" exists.
60 or 70 years ago, whites claimed blacks were inferior because of their genes. Today, whites claim blacks are inferior because of their culture. It is just the same racist wine poured into new bottles.
Did it ever occur to you that much of the reason why whites, asians and other non-blacks are generally doing much better than blacks is not because of racism, oppression etc, but simply because most non-blacks work harder, value education more and generally most non-blacks raise their kids to be decent people among other reasons?
Instead of constantly portraying blacks as victims of outside influences that prevent them from succeeding, how about looking at the TRUTH of the matter as to why they're not doing well? Namely they do infinitely more harm and oppress themselves MUCH more than the 'system' or any other external source EVER will. That's not to say there is zero racism or absolutely no exteral sources that aren't possibly biased against blacks and preventing them from getting ahead, but in the grand scheme of things they are relatively MINOR compared to how much blacks screw themselves.
As I've said numerous times before, if blacks would only give a damn and care enough to raise their kids properly most of their problems would either be greatly reduced or even disappear. Blacks can't raise their kids to be bad people and then blame society when their kids grow up to be ghetto thugs and end up being violent and committing crime. And they can't cry racism and injustice when many of these black youths end up getting jailed or even killed because of their behavior.
The bottom line is until blacks can raise their kids properly on a consistent basis and make sure they get educated so that they have more opportunities in the future, blacks can't blame anything or anyone but themselves for the majority of problems that they have in getting ahead in life.
White people are all racists according to black liberation theology of which Obama's church says all white people are of the devil and are the oppressors of the world.

This is a reflection of you and shows how racist some can be more than a factual statement on Black people.

When supposedly and presumably intelligent people make far less intelligent inferences and conclusions concerning race.......what is that a sign of? Is intellectual constipation, concerning issues of race, a sign of racism, which clogs the ability of mind to produce optimal and rational conclusions?
Why an intelligent and open mind would fail to see the distinction and difference between juxtaposing whites and Asians (a demographic filtered into the us to bring in the best and brightest) is not explainable by anything but the conclusion that it was wrong to presume that the mind was open and or intelligent...or that mind is constipated by prejudice.
