Where do you get the idea that any conservative is angry about the study?

All Harrier did was point out that the conclusions were drawn from an extremely limited sample of data.

You are forgetting about the prison guards union.

We spend more public funds in this state on incarceration of people who simply are in possession of drugs then we do educating our children - and the reason is because the prison guards want job security.
