I don't know why they even passed a "law" at all. They constantly change things that are IN the law WITHOUT approval from Congress.

What is the purpose of a 2,000 (rough number) page law and 15,000 9rough number) of regulations when you aren't going to abide by any of it?

And I believe Boehner is 100% correct when he says he cannot negotiate with the president because any part of the law signed that the reps want will just be ignored by the executive branch leaving just one side of the deal.

I'm not a fan of Boehner, but I can certainly understand where he does not trust Obama.

NOBODY should trust Obama. He's proven time and again that he will do whatever he wants, regardless of whether he should be able to or not.
