Makes sense. These folks are typically ugly and anti-social so hearing about s*x is about as close as they'll get to the real thing.

Yes, the silence of the liberals. Which explains why the ACLU is leading the charge on this. You know that group of liberal lawyers that conservatives love to hate.

I never said "all ACLU attorneys are liberal" I said the ACLU is liberal, which it definitely is, I know this because I got to know a bunch of ACLU people when I was in law school, and while they aren't Lawyers Guild liberal they are pretty liberal. But don't take my word for it look up who they are, their history and what they do. That is why conservatives hate it so much despite the fact that its mission is essentially to protect people's Constitutional rights.

Harrier is a conservative with legal aspirations and he has no problem with the ACLU.

Perhaps you could refrain from making overly broad generalizations - Mr. Law School Person.

Well I suspect in regards to the ACLU you would be in the minority of conservatives, at least the conservatives I know. Also I am no longer in law school, though I will admit I am a pretty terrible writer in these forums the past tense does have a purpose sometimes.

That is definitely a case with which they should be involved.

The 2nd Amendment is a civil liberty, after all.
