Kind of like taxes.
That was free money that you couldn't depend on.
Now it was part of your "income" that was taken away ?

You need cash rewards to work safely? What the hell?
So, without the cash reward, it doesn't matter if people get hurt? "Hey, let's be sloppy. It doesn't matter if Jim Bob loses his hand or if someone slips and breaks a hip. There's no $100 Visa card in it for me to be careful, so why bother?"

There goes your safety record. Why knock yourself out, to give it to someone else.

I find it hilarious that you think getting a $100 Visa gift card for doing your job correctly and safely and where you can spend that Gift card is somehow considered a "redistribution of wealth"!

It's a perk and not part of your salary! It's like complaining about getting a $100 Gift card from Target! Guess where you can only spend it?

I fail to see how this has anything to do with politics.

I don't see how this is political either.

I hope you get some great 'team building' activities with that money!

Lots of hand-slicing and slip and falls to come.

What safety meeting? Missed the memo.

I have to LOL at this being an example of what Republicans do.
Should have given out company stock.
