Great idea.....put an American nuclear weapons base in the Ukraine...that would be like having some drunken idiot sit in your kitchen with a shot gun demanding you make him some breakfast....The Ukraine has been part of Russia since the beginning of the culture....why don't you guys get that...always sticking your noses in places where it does not belong....If America and the EU were so truly democratic and socially benevolent they would have put an end to the mayhem and murder in Syria...but were not interested in wasting time and money...They hope that Syria would destroy itself from within....Ukraine is not Syria and provocateurs will not have success there.... All Ukrainian youth want is a better life and more money....Instead of sending cash to the Muslim Brotherhood....send some to the Ukraine...apparently Putin and the luxury set do not want to part with their billions.

Sarah Palin said "the only thing that stops a bad guy with a nuke is a good guy with a nuke."
The above statement does not imply we should threaten Russia with nuclear weapons, rather it imply's that only a country with a military as strong as Russia's can stop Russia in a combat situation.
The (liberal) news group bellow says the following about Palins statement,
"Translation: Nuke Russia now or else it’s green eggs for you, Mr President! Neener-neener! Since Palin credited the NRA with her “thinking” on nukes, she’s admitting she’s basing her nuclear policy on the idea that the only way to stop a bad guy with a gun is if a “good guy” with a gun shoots them. Hence, someone is nuking someone."
The above manipulative, childlike, and conservative-like behavior, fully takes the actual facts out of the very dangerous situation at hand.

IF that is what she said - she most certainly is IMPLYING that we should nuke Russia. Of course, she made inflammatory statements regardless of the cost ~ it's what she is paid to do. Throw red meat to continue the frenzy.

There is nothing new here ... it seems that career politicians and military brass are exponentially more predisposed to being stark raving lunatics than the average person. It's either that, or authority and power drive people to lunacy.
There were many within the pentagon back in the 1960's that advocated a nuclear first strike on the USSR, claiming that war game results indicated that we could win, while suffering ONLY 50 Million casualties here at home. ONLY 50 Million!!! What a bargain!
Forget the fact that there would be 200 Million+ innocent Russian civilians murdered along with the 50 Million Americans .... which would constitute the greatest act of mass genocide in human history. These people would need to have drastic improvement in their mental health situation just to get back to the level of psychopath.

we've set the middle east on fire .... the EU has literally bankrupted their captive member states (deliberately), and now they intend to do the same to the eastern block former (and current) Russian protectorates.
Russia's strategic security interests cannot allow NATO to enlist these states under the phony pretext of joining the EU, which is exactly what is being attempted, and Putin knows it. It wasn't that long ago that the same crap occurred in Georgia, but Russia took swift action to quash it.
Just imagine the blood curdling screaming of FOUL coming from the District of Criminals were Russia to be invading and destroying central America, Cuba, Mexico ... trying to encircle the United States with 100 Russian military bases, while constantly threatening Canada, claiming they have a nuclear weapon's program?
Look at a freaking map people!!! This is what the US is doing in it's blatant aggression in Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Syria, and the nonstop threats against Iran ... the western sponsored unrest in the Ukraine, and other eastern block states ....
It's a brain dead joke for Washington DC psychopaths to be decrying Russian aggression. But it's even worse, given that the brain dead American public nodds in full agreement with their elected liars.

1. Putin (unlike Obama) is not a moron. He will not start WW3
2. Admitting the Ukraine into NATO costs us nothing
3. Military exercises via NATO and the Ukraine costs us very little (they have to do them somewhere in Europe).
4. We have nukes already in Europe. Moving one missile unit from Germany to the Ukraine costs very little as well, but sends a clear message.
5. WE DISARMED THE UKRAINE. Do you think Russia would have invaded, had the Ukraine had nukes?
One does not negotiate or gain ANYTHING by false threats and appeasement. We have seen how a weak leader can cause havoc in the world. Do you think the Russians would have invaded Crimea had Reagan been in office?
If McCain/Palin were in office and the US and the world hadn't suffered through years of the Obama misadministration we may not BE in this situation now
WTF does Obama have to do with Ukraine wanting to join the Euro and threating a port city (they use) of Russia.
