Does he uphold the healthcare law?

It seems like every time I turn around, that two-legged stool sample is delaying mandates, etc.

The only laws he is concerned about is ones that help to strengthen the democrat party... he doesn't care one whit about people if it doesn't at the same time strengthen his political party... its seems his entire term in the office, is how to make people more dependent on the democrats...

"I know some folks would like me to do whatever I want, but unfortunately I can't. There's this little thing called the Constitution."

It was very lucrative for him to specialize in constitutional law, the loopholes have worked out well for his agenda.

Every single executive officer in this country, from the Prez on down to the volunteer mayor of Pidunk, population 9, sets enforcement priorities. Congressional Rs are well aware of this. They just refuse to do anything actually useful. No wonder they are less popular than Obama.

You need to do some research on what Barack actually taught in his faux-Constitutional Law classes. It sure wasn't the Constitution.
