Did I miss the part of the quote where she says "The Constitution is 400 years old." She said the nation is 400 years old, which it is if you are including our colonial history, and that we are governed by a Constitution.

I'm as liberal as they come and while I'd take that as some sort of rationale from an intelligent person, I am not prepared to believe that Sheila Jackson has the intellect to discern the two.

No she said we've been operating under the constitution for 400 years
