While I agree that Jindal has no case and I hate when politicians try and intimidate people or groups like this broad brush arguments are just as bad. I can't understand the desire of some people or maybe its an obsession to demonize entire groups of people when they had nothing to do with the subject at hand.

Copyright infringement is defined therein.

17 U.S. Code § 501 - Infringement of copyright | LII / Legal Information Institute

There is an extensive case history concerning copyright infringement, which Harrier has no doubt that you could find if you bothered to do a little research.
TempesT68 is quite informed on the issue, and this is not even close to copyright infringement.

All that is going on here is the far right trying to attack the constitution and those that choose to exercise their rights.

A court is the perfect forum -- in accordance with the Constitution -- to attack something.

I guess Jindal could have just issued an Executive Order....

What is going on here, is another racist attack on a black man from the south.

State of Louisiana sides with Gov. Jindal in his war on the 1st Amendment, Medicaid | The Raw Story
Putting "Piush" before Bobby Jindal is the extremist Progressive equivalent of inserting "Hussein" between Barack Obama.

If Jindal was white would you be attacking him? I think we can all see what your real agenda is.

taht assumes the court rules the billboard is a parody. if they do then you are right, and moveon wins. if on the other hand the court rules that it is copyright infringement, the moveon has to pull down the billboard.

since this hasnt gone through a court of law yet, of course there is no copyright infringement. that is why a lawsuit was filed.
