What is the issue with proposal below from the OP's link?
That proposal does NOT affect criminals buying or selling guns because they don't get them using LEGAL means, but obama's too ignorant to figure this out for himself! The ONLY people that proposal will affect will be those who are already legal!!
Maybe you should actually READ the rest of the article instead of cherry picking out the part that you like.

The opinion is not supported by facts and is an over the top dramatization.
It's just a mild case of 2nd Amendment Tourette's. I suspect some people have search engines set up to find "Obama" and "gun" and get all in a bother about headlines from wing nut sites before even reading the content.
