The United States can run all over the Middle East attacking countries, taking their oil, can go to war to protect Saudi pipelines, can decide who can and can not sell oil, etc. all half way around the world from us, but the Russians are the bullies for taking Ukraine, a country full of Russians that borders Russia?

According to who? I saw nothing of that in the OP article. All I see is somebody trying to sell oil in non US dollars and we did what we do. What are you talking about planes?
