Well it just seems republican don't want to fix the healthcare problem. You don't like ACA.... So where's your party's solutions? Repeal ACA? Cool, whats the alternative?
You're just an independent that stands here and supports everything the Democrats are doing while blaming Republicans..
yeah, I'll give you independent.. please..

no, first rule of thumb is you stop damages from happening. You dont keep stabbing someone because the paramedics havent arrived yet.
The ACA created market places for companies to offer insurance to individuals who cannot get coverage through their employers.
What an excellent text-book example of the inability to apply Critical Thinking Skills.
What laws and regulations did the government enact to disenfranchise Millions of Americans and deny them access to health plan coverage?
Be specific.

False Analogy
The problem is that the items in the analogy are too dissimilar. When reasoning by analogy, the fallacy occurs when the analogy is irrelevant or very weak or when there is a more relevant disanalogy.
Faulty Comparison
If you try to make a point about something by comparison, and if you do so by comparing it with the wrong thing, then your reasoning uses the fallacy of faulty comparison or the fallacy of questionable analogy.
Group Think
A reasoner uses the group think fallacy if he or she substitutes pride of membership in the group for reasons to support the group’s policy.
Is-Ought
The is-ought fallacy occurs when a conclusion expressing what ought to be so is inferred from premises expressing only what is so, in which it is supposed that no implicit or explicit ought-premises are need.
Lying
A fallacy of reasoning that depends on intentionally saying something that is known to be false. If the lying occurs in an argument’s premise, then it is an example of the fallacy of questionable premise.
Misrepresentation
If the misrepresentation occurs on purpose, then it is an example of lying. If the misrepresentation occurs during a debate in which there is misrepresentation of the opponent’s claim, then it would be the cause of a straw man fallacy.
Persuasive Definition
Some people try to win their arguments by getting you to accept their faulty definition. If you buy into their definition, they’ve practically persuaded you already.
Questionable Premise
If you have sufficient background information to know that a premise is questionable or unlikely to be acceptable, then you use this fallacy if you accept an argument based on that premise.
Red Herring
A red herring is a smelly fish that would distract even a bloodhound. It is also a digression that leads the reasoner off the track of considering only relevant information.
Suppressed Evidence
Intentionally failing to use information suspected of being relevant and significant is committing the fallacy of suppressed evidence. This fallacy usually occurs when the information counts against one’s own conclusion.
See if you can present a thesis that is not based on multiple fallacies.
In the mean-time, once you have mastered an understanding of "intra-State Commerce" you can learn the role and function of State government, governors and State legislatures.
The maybe you can be part of the solution, instead of part of the problem...
Perhaps that's because you and like minded republicans moved further right.
yeah, always gotta blame Republicans. Please tell me how me moving to the right, (even if thats true, which its not), is responsible for the left destroyign healthcare in america.. This should be good..

I never stated who's rule of thumb it is, but one has an obligation to mitigate damages. How can you live in todays society and not understand that? Can you corroborate that its best to continue stabbing someone because the paramedics havent arrived yet?

I've admitted no such thing, I'm still trying to figure out that even if what you said is true, and Republicans had no alternatives, why you think it was best to make things even worse, cause millions of people to lose policies, add on hundreds of billions of dollars in new taxes, to have a net increase of new people insured to be ZERO...
Explain that to me.. or arent you aware that the CBO is calculating that 30,000,000 will STILL go without insurance?
yeah, republicans fault.. I get it.. so says the independent dv1033.. cough.. please..

If the AHA destroyed the healthcare system that you claimed needed to be fixed by the ACA how does the AHA writing the ACA fix that broken system?
That's what you need to be asking yourself.
