Obamacare is a huge SUCCESS. Remember, the purpose of Obamacare was to hire an incremental 80,000 IRS agents who will enforce the regulations surrounding Obamacare. Those 80,000 new IRS agents must join the National Treasury Employees Union, NTEU: The Union for Federal Employees, one of the most extreme left-wing unions in the nation. Those 80,000 new IRS agents pay union dues, and the NTEU funnels those dues to Democratic candidates for election in exchange for pledges to raise the wages, gold-plated pensions & Cadillac health care for NTEU members.
Xerox didn't write a law taking overhauling the entire health caresystem. Xerox didn't mandate everyone buy insurance. Xerox didn't cause people to lose their existing plans, nor did they lie about people keeping their plans or doctors.
Obama set all of those things in motion. And before Obama forced this disaster on the country, he should have at least had people check to make sure the technical parts were working correctly. Instead he threw a hissy fit, shut down the government, rolled out a completely inept system, and now many people are paying the price.
I am unaware that the "entire healthcare system" has been overhauled. When did that happen?
Last I checked, Congress approved the ACA legislation.
The rollout of the exchanges was doomed from the moment the decision was made to do a big bang implementation, instead of on a state by state or region basis.

Seriously unlikely given that she lives in one of the more affluent suburbs of Chicago. She is probably closer to being hit with some of the new taxes than to be a recipient of any subsidies.
