People here are doing it. He took one part of the world and people like they can't stop praising him, so they are in fact cheering him.
Recognizing Putin's strengths is not "cheering" him.
When pro football teams study game films to learn about and recognize their opponents' strengths so that they may better counteract them, is that "cheering" them? No.
There must be new leftist talking points that have been distributed. Since Dear Leader is obviously a screw up, criticize those who notice.
I would have to agree. The puerile assertions of "cheerleading for Putin" are very odd considering they're coming from C-D posters I used to respect even though we disagreed on issues. This latest "Putin cheerleading" offensive has exposed several C-Ders I used to respect as mindless minions. I'm actually disappointed at learning such.
Ít blows me away that some people hate Obama SO much that they stand with Putin and Russia. Lord, I have now seen it all.
Russia has lots and lots of open territory in Siberia, perhaps you should volunteer to homestead there? Putin is such a great leader that sure it will be a joy to live under his reign.
Putin is a tyrannical thug who fixes elections, jails his opposition and takes over territory that is not his to take. There is nothing "brilliant" about that. You may as well be calling Kim Jung Un brilliant for how he manages to tactically maintain power in North Korea.
The tea party crowd is about as libertarian as Archie Bunker, and usually less intelligent.
Tea party in fact is a domestic tax movement within the republican party; nothing more. Basically if you look at its issue that is clear to most people.
Right-wingers' true colors are now showing in their admiration for Putin and authoritarianism. It's what they want America to be like - as long as it's a right-winger making the decisions in the Oval Office.

I wish more of the extremists, on both sides, would follow your path. We could get this country back on track by erasing lines in the sand, and dropping the blinders of ideology.
