Aren't all women single at one point in their lives??
Yup, and as they become married, they're more likely to be financially stable than those who remain single; thereby making them more conservative and less liberal. Throw a few kids in there, and those who are single become even more likely to be dependent on government support.
First of all. I am 19, and since I have been involved with politics, I have always been conservative. I also vote conservative and libertarian. My whole family has always been more on the conservative side, but my beliefs were formed by my own research and beliefs. I don't think its about being married or single, it about your belief system.

Honestly, I have no problem with hand ups. I have a problem with hand outs. I'm glad we have help for those that are TEMPORARILY down and out. The key word was capitalized.

Because single women generally aren't as responsible as married women, and have a lack of life experiences meaning less insight and more narrow-mindedness.
