....along with all the other cheap GOP lies used to anger their base. Funny how that ship sailed off real quick.

What anger will they drum up next?

Obama himself keeps unconstitutionally and quite illegally pushing back the implementation of all the parts of the law that will kill jobs once fully enforced/implemented. He does this because he and every advisor in his ear knows that jobs will get killed, prices will go up, and people will be unhappy...and he doesn't want to lose control of the Senate or end up with even fewer Dems in the House.

You talk like the law has actually been fully adopted and enforced across the board, and it's nowhere near that.

No, according to Pelosi it was going to create four million American jobs -- and 400,000 "almost immediately."

ACA has created a few jobs at the little gas station near us......they went to 6 part time people rather than 4 full time.

Now, 6 people are looking for other jobs to go with it.

No one was ever supposed to sign up...but they did. They were never to match projections, but they did.

No one was ever supposed to pay, but they have been.

It was supposed to destroy jobs and then destroy America very rapidly. Never happened.

Just like Obama was supposed to turn America into an apocalyptic wasteland after a massive economic collapse. After Obama's "real" birth certificate was supposed to be found that made him ineligible to be president.

These stories just keep getting spewed and always turn out to be between false to insanely false. These people wonder why they are considered laughable every time they make a new claim that is supposedly true after years of false claims. It doesn't make people more credible to compulsively lie, and maybe they should understand that.

^^ This, exactly. Turning a full-time job into part-time, while also forcing businesses to keep part-time employees under 28 hours per week, doesn't equate to better employment opportunities.

Has the ACA encouraged job growth? The numbers don't really show it overall. We've had mediocre job growth at best for most of Obama's presidency, and not enough to keep up with demand.

On the flip side, even if you could twist the numbers enough to show that the ACA resulted in new jobs, do you really think that a bunch of 28 hour per week minimum wage jobs is the way to go?

The employer mandate was delayed by Odictator.

Put down the bong and your memory will improve.

Oh puh-leez. This is the gambit that Boehner used in his lawsuit against Obama. It has little or no legal standing and will more than likely be laughed out of court.

it has certainly turned out to be a great part time job creator!

of course that means less benifits, less hours, less money... and more folk working mulitple jobs to make ends meet, but ACA has been a boon for the part-time worker!
