I'm sure hundreds of thousands if not millions of Muslims have been on this observation deck without being removed. So what?
The question is, when people have prayed while on the observation deck, is their particular religion a factor in deciding whether to eject them or not.
In this case I would assume so but I don't know for 100% sure.
If I own private property and I don't like that you are wearing a spongebob T-shirt and I ask you to leave.....it's your problem because it's my private property and I can do whatever the fudge I want.
If you refuse, claiming that you can be on my private property no matter what then you'll be arrested for trespassing.
Now if my property is say.....a restaurant, you can of course picket it, give me bad reviews in yelp and get other spongebob fans to boycott me....all reasonable actions within your rights.
But if someone can show that you, as a restaurant owner, have a pattern of making black people wearing a Sponge Bob t-shirt leave but allow white people wearing a Sponge Bob t-shirts to stay, then you got yourself a big problem with the law.
Why would anyone want to remove people when they are not harming anyone? Why are you unable to answer this question? We've covered whether or not they can or not many times over and yet you still have to fall back to the same tired argument.
We are passed it. If you are not able to move forward, whatever.
To answer your question....it's because there are a lot of uptight jerks in this world that give grief to most of the rest of us more tolerant and reasonable people.
Private enterprises face all kinds of frivolous suits and often turn to draconian and often stupid policies to protect themselves.

And I would question your sanity over being bothered by Spongebob. Again this goes back to the argument we have all already agreed to. You may have the right to throw someone out but I'm asking why? Why does Spongebob bother you?

However, when you are on someone elses property....if they don't like what you are doing then yes....it IS your problem.
