I love the hypocrisy that our country has. In another thread I saw people jump on the "we don't need a cross/shrine along the side of the road take it down " thing but are quick to say "I don't mind seeing them praying in public, what's the problem" .... I guess I'm just not getting it.
How many people pray at the Empire State Building? That is suspicious.
Understandable, but i wouldnt go as far as to kicking them out. It seems suspicious since most people dont know that muslims do pray 5 times a day. Im sure most people will say pray elsewhere but they pray towards a certain direction at the tome the prayer is needed. Im not too familiar with it all myself.

One is private people praying. The other is a religious monument construed on government owned, public land.
Is it really that hard to get how these are two very different things?

That was in a different state i believe , and i personally feel like that was stupid. I have no problems with people leaving a cross for a loved one that has passed away. I see it very often in NJ on the sides of the roads/highways.
You and i know that praying is not suspicious activity, lets keep it real.
Time, place, and circumstance.... Let's keep it real, 'cause we all know you wouldn't have any worries if five Muslim men were huddled together in prayer on their knees at the back of the jetliner you are travelling on at 35,000 feet.

I remember being at an airport and seeing a group of 20 of them standing outside praying.. it was a cite to be seen for sure..
Didnt give it any thought to the fear we have today, but then that was pre 911
