this appeal had a birther friendly judge, chief justice roy moore, so the birthers have been certain for the past year that this was going to be the case they would win and obama would be driven from the white house in shackles, all his decisions would become "null and void" and every birther child would get a free puppy. well...... didn't turn out that way.....:

this is also the case that "cold case posse commander", mike zullo, submitted his "affidavit". i don't think mike understands the concept of an affidavit since he had no personal knowledge of nearly all the information on it. that being said, it was irrelevant to the appeal being heard ( it was specifically about AL secretary of state's duties and obligations ) so the judges wouldn't look at it anyway. if the birthers would have had a competent and/or honest attorney this would have been explained to them. but...... they didn't.

here are some previous threads on the case:

That puts an end to the speculation this judge is biased.

not really. he was one of the two dissenting votes on the matter.

but, to his credit, he did stick to subject of the appeal and didn't dabble in any of the birther nuggets that were inappropriately submitted ( which, besides zullo flawed "affidavit", included lucas smith's forged kenyan birth certificate ).

Yawn...

The birther movement is deader than Fred Phelps.

Did Harrier just make two nutty references in one sentence?

unlikely. i've already seen some birthers proclaim that the two judges dissent is a "moral victory".

Default Still Circling the Wagons!

I got to say at every opportunity, you guys defend the Obama Birth issue. All of maneuvering there must be something to this story.

I am glad we only have less than 2 years of this Failed President. He s almost as slick as Bill Clinton. The difference is Bill got caught lying and had extra activities with Monica.

We will see!
