Working fine according to who, Obamas press agent? USA Today was reporting it was still broken last month, I haven't seen anyone with any credibility saying it's "working fine" yet.

It's still broken, and what isn't broken is a massive security risk.

I tested it a few months ago to see if the plans were the same as the ehealthinsurance plans; the website was working fine back then.

And hackers? The Target data breach leaked 40 million credit card numbers in addition to the personal identifiers, so 70K is pretty small.

So it's "less worse" then the Target hack so that's OK ?

70K is "pretty small" unless you're one of the 70K. We can only hope karma intervenes to ensure that anyone whose identity is stolen or otherwise harmed is one of the useful idiots who support this disaster.

At this point, even Sharon Angle looks promising.
