We have rationally refuted it, you just choose not to under or accept it, which not our fault or problem.

It is a about individual rights, What part of

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed. Can you not understand?

Citizens and the militias they make up are the tools of a free state to stay free..

This idea that we are wrong about the Bill Of Rights is just revisionist history.

A persons Civil, Natural, and Constitutional rights are not subject to the opinions and interpretations of others..

Since the Supreme Court disagree's with you nobody has any obligation to waste their time trying to show you where you are wrong.

lol @ that ambient guy thinking that "people" in the 2nd means the state as opposed to the "people" in the rest of the BoR. He'd have to sit in the dunce corner in a Constitutional Law class.

Leland Yee fights hard to take away the second amendment rights of tax paying law abiding citizens, yet has absolutely no problem selling guns to Islamic terrorist groups.

I hope there is a special place in hell for Leland Yee after he kicks the bucket.
