Makes me wonder how many other anti gun liberal Democrats are involved in similar crimes? It's been a field day for Democrat corruption, this is like what? Number 4? Whose going to be number 5 tomorrow? Obama? Lol.
But this exists in both parties and it's going to see the FBI finally exposing it and arresting them.
As a local resident...let me tell you that a lot of people are happy to see him go. He is known to be a sleazy a-hole. He's been caught shoplifting and picking up prostitutes in the Mission, and it's been known that he's for sale. He deserves everything that's coming to him.
Bigger issue is that this is the third CA Democrat to undergo this kind of a scandal recently. Republicans will benefit from this. Always nice to see what sleazy crooks we have running things here...and honestly, doesn't matter if they are D or R, it all ends up the same.
4 Corrupt High Powered Democrats all arrested in one day. You can just hear the conservative guys and gals gathering together and revving their engines for a night out on the town! Not seeing very many liberals out right now, can't say I blame them. There is no way they can Damage Control this, I would be in hiding too if I was a liberal.
All joking aside, I'm sure corruption exists in the GOP as well. This isn't a win for conservatives or liberals, it's a win for the American People all together.

I am for certain gun control measures, and yet I am not for the "disolvement of the 2nd Amendment." And I am also not in support of criminal politicians irrespective of their affiliation. What is filthy here is your lack of realistic perspective. Evolve some adult thinking and stop seeing everyone you perceive as being "on the other team" as all being the same. That works in the recess playground; real life is more nuanced.
You either support the 2nd Amendment, or you dont, this idea of being pro 2nd amendment but favor major restrictions is like supporting civil rights but supporting segregation
Right now, conservatives in CA gov have to raise their hands to go to the bathroom. They legislated themselves into obscurity with their effed-up policies. There's no point in trying to bribe them, because they can't DO anything.
We have one party in complete control in CA- the Dems. One party rule is BAD, regardless of which party. Corruption is guaranteed.
