I studied a whole lot of economics courses in college, and the simple fact is raising the minimum wage probably won't have much impact on inflation, it will likely only shift who subsidizes low wage workers from the government in the form of EITC, and food stamps, to their employers in the form of wages.
Did you ever notice how conservatives claim that raising the MW will be inflationary but are silent as the inflationary result when CEOs, who earn as much as thousands of employees, get a huge increase in compensation?
You don't. You hold off until you can gain the skills required to command a higher wage. Not sure why so many think they're entitled to try to start a family when they cannot pay for it.
Often what happens is that folks start families when they have high paying jobs but then lose said high paying job and can't find any other work besides minimum wage, It happened a lot in the recession and generally with the decline of manufacturing.

That is because many people who argue those things maybe have at most 1 or 2 people they have read on the subject, who share their view, and tend to look at particular issues in isolation rather then the big picture.

if anyone aspires to make MINIMUM WAGE long term then they almost deserve to be broke
you can make MINIMUM WAGE $18/hr..and asuming that's a "good" wage, what incentive is there for a MINIMUM WAGE worker to try and improve their position better themselves if that $18 is "good"
if someone works at mcDonalds or wherever for like 10 years or more and they arent mgmt they just dont care

Yes I am aware of that. It's just that I know too many people who insist on starting families while working low wages. But hey, as long as Uncle Sam is there to foot the bill why not.

Many people insist on starting families based on their age. Often times people are going to start families in their 20s even though they are not working high paying jobs yet.
As far as inflation goes it doesn't matter what causes the money to move just that it does. The only argument I think you could make about CEOs is that they tend to have a higher save to spend ratio and with investment spending low due to money hoarding that doesn't cause as much inflation because money isn't circulating.
Even so if you made that argument you would be an idiot because if money is not circulating the economy becomes incredibly weak and inflation or no inflation that is bad generally because less good and services are being provided.
