But you don't care about the learning brains that aren't aborted. You don't want them aborted but you don't want anything to do with them when they are born. So what exactly do you want to do with these unwanted kids.
I wish it was but unfortunately there are many thousands of kids waiting to be adopted. Some have lived all their life in foster homes never knowing love. You advocate for the unborn but why aren't you there for the ones already here. They are the forgotten ones. And our focus should be on them.
Isn't this old news? There is no reason why a doctor performing surgery in his office should not be required to have admitting privileges at a nearby hospital.
There is if hospitals say "We won't give Doctor X admitting privileges because he performs abortions." I think if admitting privileges were the issue the great state of Texas would require all such doctors to be given such admitting privileges.
No, this is about the same thing it's always been about. Legislating morality so right-wingers don't have to deal with the fact people can do things that upset them.

The hospitals should have freedom of association, which is a constitutional right. In addition many hospitals are religious organizations, affiliated with the Catholic Church, so forcing them to grant admitting privileges to abortion doctors would violate their freedom of religion IMO.
With that being said, the real reason for some parts of bill like the admitting privileges requirement was absolutely to get clinics to close.

The overwhelming vast majority of kids in foster care are in the system of trying to re unite them with a birth parent. They are not adoptable.

Hospitals are buildings. They don't have rights.

Is there something in the catechism or whatever that mentions admitting privileges of hospitals?

And who says the owner has to associate with the doctors who upset Republicans by providing medical services to, according to right-wingers here, strumpets? Besides, "You qualify, but I'm not giving you admitting rights because Jesus" is a ****ty thing to say regardless of whether or not one can say it.
