Why not just buy some single shot bottles of vodka and mix them into bottles of water or 7UP?

You can get about 4 drinks for what one ballpark beer would cost.

Everclear is great for that...doesn't take much at 200 proof to have an effect! Oh, the beauty of having Montana as a neighbor! Now...if only there was something that I could buy in WA that I can't get in Idaho...
