So how many have paid ACA premiums? - Kyle Cheney - POLITICO.com

Thanks. Of course Bob should have said 80%-85%, but at least he wasn't just completely lying.

Thats only for those who have reached the final step. There clearly are a hell of a lot more who isnt close because the website is down, and calls are going to voicemail
Thanks for the link.
"The following chart only includes states which have broken out Paid vs. Unpaid Enrollments. If you only use these 10 states as a guideline, it looks like the paid rate is around 85%"
The White House insists that industry claims notwithstanding, it can’t provide precise enrollment totals — and may not be able to for months because major, “back end” components of HealthCare.gov are still under construction. Those pieces are supposed to collect data directly
from insurers about the number of premium-paying customers on their rolls.

The website and phone support has been working fine for at least the past 2 months. It's only down today because of a last minute rush.
You have no fricken clue.. I track not only what I sell things for but also dozens of others so not only is it connecting to my server but also others, just like Amazon connects to THOUSANDS of other suppliers simultaniously..
the millions of products are stored into ram, its not pulled from the database at the same time because that would be so fn slow. Thats why my servers have a minimum of 128 gigs of ram in them.
Again, you are talking about a high volume of items being retrieved from a database.
Not a high volume of users trying to simultaneously access your system.
Comparing your tiny website, with it's low volume of customers, to something like Health Care.gov is ridiculous.
