Ever drive or god forbid ever walk though the Ghetto at night? Try it and call me paranoid then...
I'm an average-sized woman who lived in "ghettos" for many years - alone and unarmed (with a 40lb dog for the last few years). I survived, and never even felt that threatened or scared. So I guess I'm tougher than you?
At the least, I'm much less paranoid and more used to living among diverse neighbors. Most of my neighbors in those towns were quite nice, but you probably picture "Boyz N The Hood" whenever you think of a non-white neighborhood. LOL
P.S. I'm not anti-gun, and have shot a few at the range in my time. I just don't care or feel the need to own one, for a variety of reasons.
The one and only time I've been to a ghetto area (in LA), I was shot at as I was getting into my car after eating at a Haitian restaurant. I didn't see who did it since it was dark but the bullet hit the pavement next to my foot. Needless to say I'm never going back.
People who contribute nothing to society but demand hard working Americans pay higher taxes so the government can support them. What do you think their value to society is?

I've LIVED in "hoods" (East Palo Alto, Hunter's Point, and West Philadelphia), also worked in the worst neighborhoods around here (Richmond and West Oakland) - so I'm pretty sure my "street cred" non-racist card is clean. Oh yeah, plus the black & Hispanic ex-boyfriends kinda help with that too.
Sooooo, does that mean I can call the racists on this thread what they are? Should keep me busy for a while, but that's cool.
Do you think people even care anymore? Now a days if you speak the English language you will call them racist. People stopped listening.
None of them will be caught most likely. No one will be willing to identify them.
I have faith. Someone will come forward. Things like this are usually recorded. Sometimes the filthy people involved even brag on it and get caught.

I have black belts in 3 different styles of Karate. In a crowd situation? I'll take a 45 cap. It's only in the movies where 1 guy beats up 10 and walks away. I love the martial arts and feel that I am stronger and smarter because of my training. That said I also no the limits.
