Yea, gee, I wonder who is "politicizing" the science?

It has gotten so bad with scientifically illiterate denialists that their outright rejection of science, in accordance with wealthy corporate interests who have politicized the subject, are now accusing actual scientists of politicizing science.

It would be humorous if climate change was not such a dire threat to this planet. To be scientifically illiterate is to remain blissful.

(On a side note, my recent purchase of a MacBook and iPhone were made even better by this announcement)

Lol. And I felt the same way about my recent purchase of a phone and a tablet using the Android OS. It goes both ways. And a consumer product oriented company like Apple is playing with fire if they want to jump into politics.

I'm on a path to be Apple Free soon. Apple does not play well with others and I'm tired of fighting their incompatibility.

Science is not politics. The only people who believe science = politics are those who don't believe in science.

Apple knows this.

(On a related note, Android OS, as well as Microsoft Windows, is absolute crap to the Apple/Mavericks OS. Just my humble opinion)

If science isn't politics Hansen would have released his work for peer review.

When the politicians started giving away free taxpayer money to their corporate cronies for campaign donations, is when it became political.

News flash for the science illiterates like you, the planet's climate has been much warmer in the past 10,000 years then today.

"Dire threat," my ass. You guys have no clue what normal for our planet is, but apparently the normal earth climate was the day Al gore was born, eh?

What the hell are you talking about? Hansen has had many papers published in peer reviewed scientific journals.

We will note that very few will even try and defend Hansen any longer. He along with Gore is the Barry Bonds of climate science today.
