Well, well. What do we have here? We have a Tyrannical government doing experiments on humans from children to the elderly while misleading them about the potential risks all to push the Climate Change agenda. This is SICK! This is what oppressive governments do!

“Further, the EPA did not include information on long-term cancer risks in its diesel exhaust studies’ consent forms,” the IG’s report noted. “An EPA manager considered these long-term risks minimal for short-term study exposures” but “human subjects were not informed of this risk in the consent form.”
According to the IG’s report, “only one of five studies’ consent forms provided the subject with information on the upper range of the pollutant” they would be exposed to, but even more alarming is that only “two of five alerted study subjects to the risk of death for older individuals with cardiovascular disease.”

81 people were exposed to diesel fumes and particulates equivlent to standing next to a truck in the streets for 2 hours.
So it's fine that people are exposed to this out and about, but in a lab it's OMG THE TERRIBLE EPA?
You didn't read the report as usual. They exposed them to 50 times the dose that the EPA thought was extremely dangerous and didn't let them know they were going that high. They also hid the long term health impacts from the subjects. It is SICKENING that you authoritarians are ok with this. It says a TON about who you people really are. EVIL!

Also this type of testing has been going on for over a hundred years. Tens of millions of Americans were exposed to radiation from atom bomb tests for example.
We can also blame Reagan, Bush 1 and Bush 2.

All the folks involved in these tests were volunteers. All were fully briefed on the risks and objectives of the experiments. All were compensated.
The EPA did nothing wrong or unethical here. And by the way... they've been doing these sorts of tests since the 1970s (Obama was 9 years old). So, "Obama's Agenda" can have little to do with them.
