Why is it every radio show, Rush's main point is always trying to stereotype liberals? Well, I do know why (because it sells), but for the average listener being brainwashed by him? Not one thing he says about "liberals" is true. Well, true for the true believer I guess, that <10% of the most hardcore liberals I suppose. Like, liberals want to take your guns away. Uh no, thinking that owning a, as one poster intelligently put it, suitcase nuclear bomb should be legal is not taking your 2A rights away
Or, how about this one? Liberals want everybody to be dependent on government. Right, where is the logic in this thought process? If everybody was put on welfare like Rush says liberals want, where is the money gonna come from to pay for all this? Out of the sky? Yet his dumb listeners actually believe him! I think it's sad that the most irrational posters on this board are all right-wingers who listen to talk radio. Hey, guys, you should start distinguishing between reality and entertainment. Rush Limbaugh is entertainment, he is not news or reality. Very important you distinguish the two.

Uh, yes, the inexorable result of liberalism, i.e. collectivism, is that guns are allowed only for the collective, i.e. police and military. Ask a Brit or Aussie about how this works. President Obama is on record as supporting a ban on all semi-auto guns, which these days is most guns. The liberal logic leads eventually to a Brit-style ban on guns in private hands, since a gun is a gun is a gun.
Why even go into denial on this? Everyone knows what the history and track record of liberalism and gun control is. Nobody else is fooled; what have you gained by fooling yourself?

Ummmm..... who exactly on the right wing, is arguing that everyone should have the Right to own a Nuclear Suitcase?

OP, you really ought to change your name, it is an oxymoron. For someone that claims to only listen to Rush 15 mins. twice a month you know every subject and every word he says. The only true statement you've ever made is that there is nothing on NPR !
Rush Limbaugh got the boot from 50,000 watt KFI in Los Angeles earlier this year. Now he is on a low-powered talk radio station that barely gets out of downtown LA.
