I'm forever surprised at the people who are unable to comprehend that the birth certificate is a piece of paper that says that a state will affirm the information printed on that piece of paper. The moment when the State of Hawaii publicly affirmed the information on President Obama's birth certificate, the numerous times the State of Hawaii has stated that President Obama was born in Hawaii, makes this "investigation" entirely pointless. And I put the word "investigation" into quotes, because it's not an investigation. Investigations do not have foregone conclusions, and investigations do not dismiss any information that doesn't support their foregone conclusion, while entertaining any wild theory that might support their foregone conclusion.
Please do not try to represent Sheriff Arpaio's CCP as a rational, legal investigation. It is not rational, it is not being conducted by an legal authority, and it is not an investigation. It is a con. People are being conned out of money to fund this "investigation", when absolutely nothing is being done except for people like Mr Zullo making bank deposits to his personal bank account.

Only numerous officials of the State of Hawaii have spoken out. And the State of Hawaii is the ONLY authority on whom is born and whom is not born in the state. As long as the State of Hawaii publicly affirms that President Obama was born in Hawaii, the birth certificate itself is irrelevant, and any challenges to President Obama's birth in Hawaii have to be posed to the state itself. That's why this "investigation" is a con, a scam, because it's misdirection and misinformation.

There's this little inconvenient fact that the birthers continually "forget" about called the Full Faith and Credit Clause, which makes what Hawaii says about the president's birth records definitive. Once Hawaii confirmed his birth certificate as valid, there was nothing left to discuss. Unless you are a con man and a grifter and you see $$$$ by duping stupid people. And they will continue until they squeeze the last dollar from gullible birthers.

That is untrue. The guys who performed the failed Xerox experiment had no professional credentials to validate their claims. So far they have not produced their credentials compared to someone like Reed Hayes, a professional handwriting and computer-generated court recognized document attestor, who found the document a forgery.

That's because cases had never gotten to the phase where a judge could authorize discovery so the lawyers could subpoena the alleged original 1961 birth document, the microfilm of it as well as HI Dept. of Health officials like Alvin Onaka and Chiyome Fukino. They were all dismissed on technicalities or jurisdiction issues.
