So why dont we just tally up each presidents costs per term ? To be honest, it costs lots of money to keep the POTUS safe and to get around which is understandable , nobody works for free. The one issue that i see is that this POTUS seems to always be on some vacation or traveling journey. As mentioned before , we have a terrible economy , crazy debt , meanwhile the POTUS says to cut spending etc etc but yet he is not practicing what he preaches .

It wouldn't make sense for the president to do anything less than what is expected a president to do. I would expect a Republican president to have the same work schedule Obama has.
It's this continuous phony right wing outrage that is outrageous and embarrassing. The rest of the world must think this country has gone insane when they hear the ridiculous things right wingers whine about these days.
Oh, for the good old days when every president before Obama traveled coach and stayed at Motel 6.
When one has to borrow money from another country than it's Motel 6 or learn to budget more wisely. How does anyone spend money they don't have? If the President has "no money" sounds like more phone calls are in order.

Whats insane is the very same folks who ran around whining that Bush went to his compound in Texas because of the price of fuel, have now flip flooped into everything Obama spends is cheap..
If they would ONCE complain about anything he did, I'd have far more respect for them, and while threads like this are really silly, because we dont really have the breakdown of the cost, it does show the left wing hypocrisy.

Yeah, I am pretty sure the president is always at work and working, it isn't your typical office job. Heck, I am surprised we can find people to do that job. I would never want the responsibility that the president has.

Yes, how often does that happen? Do you think Obama is hitting up the clubs 7 days a week or something? All presidents invite various famous people to the White House, it is one of those perks of being famous.
oh please, the left wing whined non stop when Bush went home because of the cost of flying AF1. They said it was a sign that he had no compassion for americans who were suffering. It was non stop left wing looney batcrazy **** daily.
In fact it was a 2006 Congressional study over Bushs use of the plane that the cost to fly it became public information.
And yet you didn't say a word when Bush did it but now constantly whine when Obama travels.
