Personally, I'd like to see the entire CIA torture report released so every American can decide for themselves if they condone what was done in their names. At the very least this would strip away the excuse of being able to claim ignorance.
People were "tortured" who weren't terrorists and had nothing to do with 9/11.
It's great that you remember 9/11. I remember the Iraq war that was based on CIA lies. In fact, I can never forget that reckless war because we had a family member killed while serving.
I had family members killed in war also but it had nothing to do with torturing terrorists, this didn't start with Iraq, this has been going on since the beginning of the first war. I'm not concerned about water boarding someone who wants to cut off my head.

Tell that to Nick Berg who was decapitated in response to US torture. Tell that to all US servicemen who died as a result of foreign fighters flooding in as a response to US torture. Torture didn't save anyone's life.
