The Republicans can have hearings and do a report about any torture Clinton or Obama was responsible for. As far as I know, the "enhanced interrogation" program was ended by Obama.

By the time Obama came into office the Iraq war had been going on for seven years. He didn't put us there, he didn't invade a sovereign nation for no reason. He was left with Bush's colossal mess to clean up.
