I'm surprised that they did not accuse her of 'micro aggressions.' Ayaan Hirsi Ali is the Jeanne D'Arc, Harriett Tubman, and Helen of Troy, all rolled into one, of our time. She hardly needs the affirmation of some lib East coast university, any more than I need the local organized crime Mafioso to tell me what a nice guy I am.

Is it because she's an atheist? Brandeis University is a religious school isn't it? I'm just wondering if there isn't something additional in their decision. Money donor? They're in Boston, right? Was it the bombing? I just can't believe CAIR has that much pull, most people know they are radicals. Agreeing with her or not, she's a fascinating woman. When I was in school, we loved controversial people coming in. It make for lively debate, learning and so on. It's their loss, what a shame.

What is there to discuss? You know the world we live in. Spineless twits are put in the position to make these types of decision almost always without fail.

Because the people with the real power don't care about issues like this.

Her book, "Infidel" is excellent. It sits on my bookshelf.

If the Democrats want to show their respect for women; here is an opportunity. Otherwise accept the fact that they don't care a fig for women except using them to get elected again. When will women wise up? Obama will think you are stupid until you show him otherwise.

Islam is the only religion on the planet where if you decide you want to get out of it, you will get death threats and in many cases they will even try to kill you if you decide you no longer want to be a Muslim. Its no different from organized crime groups where you can only leave if you are carried out in a body bag.

You never hear of people getting death threats for abandoning Christianity, Judaism, Scientology, or Buddhism.
