FYI...it is illegal in all 50 states and at the federal level to murder babies.

This is the big government conservatives love - and just incidentally the most dangerous to democracy. This demonstrates that fascism is never dead and it's always some entrenched right wing faction that wants it - in present tense, the GOP.
'Various social bans'...you mean like the ongoing liberal war on prostitution here in liberal latteland?

Or for that matter ex-Seattle police chief Gil Kerlikowske who always adamantly opposed MJ legalization, even for medical marijuana. He was Obama's pick for drug czar, but the admin had to back off from MJ bans when the political heat got too hot. Or gun bans, or sodium bans, or bans on big gulps...are these the kind of "various social bans" to which you refer?

As for fascism, another word for it is corporatism. A marriage of big government and big business. As in Solyndra, as in GM as in GE. Or Boeing.. as a dem state rep in my state recently said about Boeing state dems formed an 'authentic marriage' between Boeing and WA:

Government for decades have ruled the national substance policy which is why alcohol was either national allowed or not. As long as its a question of intrastate commerce its national. that means if it traded across states and it is; plian and simple.its the reality not what you wish it would be in intrastate commerce;legal or not.

* So you're ticked that cops have raided local cathouses thereby infringing upon your "freedom". Prostitution has always been a conservative taboo, so your local cops aren't all that "liberal" eh?

* And you hate your "Liberal Latteland" but you stay there anyway. Know what your hero Limbaugh says about that? Just move!

* So in your mind, government giving perks and enticements to businesses is the same as a "corporate fascist government" - which RWNJs support anyway.
Your posturing certainly sounds phony on these issues - yet you persist.
