The fact that it's all White is why it's liberal. If Vermont became I don't know know say 25% Black folks would become conservative pretty fast.
Exactly. A lot of wealthy people in the NE are able to live above the consequences of their actions and agendas. It's easy to say that you support racial equality in your neighborhood when the only brown skinned people you ever see are cleaning your house or cutting your grass while parked in the service driveway.
I had an agreement to buy a place in a certain neighborhood very close, actually, to where I was living. My kids would be in the same schools, etc. About 10 days before we were to close, my agent was told that the sellers didn't want to sell to us.
Yes, according to my agent the neighbors found out and pressured the sellers to renege on the deal. In the 21st century this bullcrap still happens.
Whites have left the neighborhood I'm in because too many nonwhites moved in. Nobody discriminated against them - they voted with their feet.

Its amazing how often people assume others to be failures just because of their opinions in combination with race. Either we are trying to make excuses for our failure and or we are filled with anger and hate toward whites.
