Your exactly right, this is not a bi-partisan issue, it should not be, but sure some will make this out to look as though it is.

If this were the other side, makes no freaken difference. I would still demand them under investigation even more. I am not in love with my party, or want to go to bed with them.

But the documents just came out this month (thanks to Judicial Watch) about Lerner and the DOJ prior to the 2010 elections.

If we the people take matters into our own hands, we become criminals.

To that I say, the founding fathers were criminals to the King, too.
Freedom is not free.

The Stonewall at the Top of the IRS - WSJ

WOW...

-422 back up tapes of people under investigation at the IRS discovered in late 2013, were "accidentally" erased in 2014, after the IRS and Congress both put an order out not to erase them.

-Koskinen knew that the IRS "accidentally" erased these 422 back up tapes and did not inform congress for 4 months. He testified under oath 4 times, FOUR TIMES, during this period that he could and would produce all Lois Lerner emails, even though he knew that the 422 back up tapes were erased and lost forever as far as everyone knows.

-Koskinen has been proven to have lied under oath several times on the IRS targeting scandal.
A) Koskinen later said that ALL than the more than 1,000 back up tapes had damage. It is now determined that it was known at the time that nearly 700 weren't damaged and had pertinent emails of people under investigation.

B) Koskinen testified under oath that he went to extraordinary lengths to find all of Lerner's emails, it is now known that he did NOT check her server (wtf?), did not check her blackberry (which he lied about her not having), and did not check the back up tape storage facility.

C) Koskinen refused to correct his now known false statements.

-President Obama promised to put in place safe guards to prevent any future targeting, it is Koskinen's job to enact the promise. A Government Accountability Office investigation has determined nothing has happened on this front. Hope and Change is yet again BS.

If you love the constitution, if you love liberty, if you love the 1st Amendment - you have to admit that this does not add up.

Too many lies, too many crashed hard drives of everyone under investigation etc...
