He was smart.
The gays have been told and now the straight guys will not want to look gay.

Actually, sagging pants is just the way things are in prison because they don't allow belts in many prison systems or county jails. They are forced to hold their pants up with their hands. I guess, it makes it harder for them to get into fights or trouble if they are all forced to be one-handed. Don't know how effective this has been though, but it has created a cultural phenomena (baggy pants). Prison culture has manifested itself in other ways in the "outside" as well. Nothing is more ridiculous than watching some of these videos of "perps" running from policy or having shoot-outs with one hand holding up their pants (or watching their pants literally drop to their ankles). Yeah, buddy - you guys are soooo coool!

even if it were true that all people sagging pants are gay, not all gay people sag pants. also, the sign implies that there is something wrong with being gay and that's offensive. also, he used a derogatory term for gay not "gay". so there's that. this guy is an....

This is true. Most homosexual men tend to prefer their tight little shorts. You using the word "gay" to describe a homosexual though, now that's offensive.

you must not be gay then. I have never met a gay man who cared if someone referred to them as gay. on the contrary, some younger gay and lesbian find the tem "homosexual" offensive.

Oh no, I'm gay. Very gay. But I'm not a homosexual, which is why I find it offensive.
I'm gay and I was not outraged by the sign. An unfortunate use of words perhaps, but who cares?
Tell me, who are these gays that were outraged?
I hate the "trend" of wearing saggy pants. It is stupid. No gay person I know dresses like that.
What annoys me is that so many people want to discuss this insignificant incident, meanwhile in Kansas three people were murdered near a Jewish Community Center by some lunatic shouting "Heil Hitler."
