That's why Alabama has 100000 people and four last names.

Kind of amusing to realize that the word "*****" or whatever word was covered up is far to offensive to use, but yet the people it's aparantly aimed at seem free to walk around with their pants 3/4 or more of the way down their butt showing most of us more than we particularily need to see of their private stuff.

Fact is, I don't really care if they choose to drop their pants down when in public, but then don't be all offended if someone who you keep exposing your boxers to uses a word to describe you that you, horror of all horrors, "feel"should never be used in public....really ? Pot, Kettle. They probably "feel" your boxers should be private too.....so "pull up" and the store owner will most likely "shut up".

Then the owner must follow the same laws that all other public accommodations are required to follow.

But it's her store. Shouldn't she(and everyone else)be allowed to serve whoever she wants, just like she can put whatever she wants on her sign?

No. We resolved that question half a century ago. She dies not have the right to discriminate on the basis of a protected characteristic.

On the other hand, I'm not sure the story demonstrates that the owner is discriminating against anyone, just being rude.

Not sure that's true. Sure sounds like "hate speech" to me.
