Shouldn't he be held without bail for capital murder?

In other words, if the klan has $10 million stashed away to help their buddy out, he can be back on the streets waiting for trial? Or smuggled out of the US into hiding?

And a group like the klan would be capable of holding millions in cash currency "20-dollar bills" in barrels where there's no bank trail to see where the money is at

Possibly Kansas requires a bail to be set. The fact that it's a number that confuses many people is telling.

You do realize that the Klan has something like 5000 members nationwide, right?

Its always about the money, but a man like this deserves a bullet.

This is probably true. This is probably the standard amount for a crime like this and one rarely met.

Even if you are out on bail doesn't mean you can get on an airplane and fly off. Like it or not, he is still innocent until proven guilty.

Because there are some out there that would claim he is innocent until proven guilty.

Now, bond has been offered.
