I'm predicting the GOP keeps the House in November, but no party is going to have a filibuster proof majority in the Senate. So, even if the GOP wins, the Democrats can still filibuster any bad bill, like Ryan's budget, from going forward. In addition, Obama is still the President and will most likely veto any bill that has Republican wet dream written all over it, which means when the bill is sent back, it has to have Democratic support, otherwise the bill dies and Obama's veto succeeds. That is the reality that the radical right faces, so Obamacare is here to stay, since I doubt the President will let his signature law go quietly into the night
what is this today Love Obama Feast? This debacle of a national Health plan will be defunded and replaced with something that is easier on the family. There are some good parts that will transfer over.
We are probably looking toward more free market ideas, like Insurance Companies can compete in any state?
Pooling of groups is good and is a concept in ACA, but certainly does not reflect an affordable insurance rate!
It's unfortunate -- hopefully at some point we get a real leftist in the white house instead of right-of-center Obama who will push for a true single payer system in America and void the need for any of the affordable care act.

Actually the Dems already killed the filibuster tradition. It was a bad move on their part. Because it will bite them when it's their turn on the minority side.
So if (small chance) Repubs win the Senate and control both houses.
They will pass laws left and right with the nuclear option the Dems used to push judges through.
The questikn ultimately will be: Obama will veto all these bills. Can we call Obama an obstructing politican? Because Repubs have been called that. Correct or incorrect? Or will people defend Obama if he keeps vetoing bills?
Oh wait. They will just say he is using his constitutional powers! I can see that excuse a mile away.
On one side, the IRS interprets the law as authorizing the agency to grant tax credits to individuals using either the state or federal exchanges. On the other side are challengers to the law who question that interpretation.
The challengers say that while the text of the law allows the subsidies for the state-run exchanges, there is nothing in the law that says the subsidies should be available for the federal exchanges.
That's why the Dems used the nuclear option to get judges pushed through without a normal review process.
They also want to stack all the appellate courts that will be left leaning to shoot down conservative challenges.
You see Dems are just as bad as Repubs. They complain the courts are stacked with conservative judges. Yet they want to stack the courts with their own people.

Yeah, despite wingnut wet dreams, Obamacare is not going away and is here to stay. Furthermore public approval of Obamacare is likely to gradually improve over the next couple of years as it becomes clear that all the "disaster" projections from the GOP proved to be untrue. The most recent bi-partisan CBO projections are now indicating that Obamacare will lower the deficit even more than projected, premium costs will be considerably less than expected and the number of people signed up easily surpassed expectations.
"U.S. budget deficits over the next decade will be $286 billion less than previously estimated, the Congressional Budget Office said on Monday, attributing much of the decline to lower estimates of subsidy costs under President Barack Obama's health insurance reform law.
The non-partisan CBO, in revisions to its annual budget estimates, said the fiscal 2014 deficit would fall to $492 billion from $514 billion estimated in February. The forecasts assume no changes to current tax and spending laws..."
"Obamacare has helped nearly 10 million people to get new health insurance, and more than 4 percent of all Americans have gotten health insurance for the first time, according to a new Gallup poll.
It's the largest poll yet to assess the effects of the 2010 Affordable Care Act, and the findings add to what's been reported in earlier surveys and the government tally of how many people signed up through the new online exchanges.
The percentage of the U.S. population that has no health insurance has plummeted from an all-time high of 18 percent during the last quarter of 2013 to just 15 percent this past March, says Dan Witters, lead researcher for the Gallup-Healthways Well-Being Index..."

Yet the Republicans haven't been able to put together a realistic replacement outside of talking points.
