Maybe you should write a letter, but why would something that is called exceptionally good racist? Maybe you should look up the definition for the word crackerjack.

Because cracker jack is a phrase meaning "of exceptional quality."

Not sure why that would be revoked.

because the term cracker jack, as the others have noted, is not a bad thing. now if you were to drop the jack word from the term, then you might have a case. but even then if you files a complaint against the trademark "cracker", you would likely be turned down because it doesnt offend anyone except white people, and as such, no one really cares.

Cracker Jack is an ancient nickname for the dress blue enlisted Navy uniform.
It is the least changed uniform in military service.

That's why the little kid on the package is wearing a sailor suit. Crackerjacks were popular children's wear back then when it was introduced.

A 'crackerjack' has always been a popular term sharp-dressed man. Ladies love those snug fitting dress blues with their bell bottomed trousers!

Does anyone remember when Nixon tried to take the blues out of uniform? He made the Navy replace them with a more conventional khaki uniform with a conventional service hat, similar to a Chief's uniform, but the change only lasted a year or two- the enlisted ranks wanted their blues back, and got 'em.

That was around the same time Nixon decided to create a ceremonial palace guard, who were to line up whenever a foreign dignitary visited the White House. Google 'Nixon's silly palace guard uniform" to see how they looked. They didn't last for very long, either.

The Southern Utah State marching band eventually got them all. An example of good repurposing, for sure… it's a small university, out in the middle of the Utah desert where they won't be seen much. They weren't free, though; they cost SUSU $90.00, with dry cleaning charges and shipping extra. Alice Cooper wanted 5 of them, but he didn't get them.
