Chicago had the lowest murders they have had in 50 years in 2013, and even with the killings over the weekend, the year to date murders is down slightly from the same point last year.

If anything, all Chicago has to really do is crack down on the gang activity in the city and they will probably see that number drop even more.

I have always felt in Chicago as long as you aren't doing something illegal and running around with gangs, then you will probably be fine.
