Seems the White House had a private pow wow with some reporters and the President told them that 35% of the enrollees were under 35. That was important because the government said they must reach 40% of the enrollment of the "young invincibles" (18-34 year olds).
So it seemed like there had a been a huge surge in this group in the last month, and the lap dogs rushed to report what Obama had told them.
But turned out Obama duped the idiots again. Only 28% of the enrollees are in that coveted 18-34 bracket, the rest were kids. The White House "changed the metrics" of the announcement to make it sound closer to hitting their goal, when in fact, the number was largely unchanged from Feb.
If only the President and his team spent as much time trying to help Americans as they did constantly changing the measurements to lie about how things are actually going.

They disclosed that 35% were under 35, which is true even according to the article. People under 18 are under 35, correct? This is pretty basic math.
They seem to be angry even though the numbers are true, but that this disclosure wasn't what they wanted tohear. They disclosed a number that wasn't the exact metric they wanted to hear, and didn't ask for the number they wished to hear, but it was disclosed with the supplimental material. I agree it's cherry picking to look more favorible...but the numbers are completely true even according to the article.

I agree on your last statement! There were a lot of people on CD (Republicans) who were not happy with Bush especially towards the end of his office. It constantly amazes me how alot of Obama supporters here just go along with whatever they are told...no questions asked, no other opinions, nope, nothing bothers them. Hard to have an adult conversation with someone who can't form any opinion other than what they are told.
Yes, when there was something Bush did people that voted for him but disagreed said so.
Not in Obama supporter's cases though.
