He is still free to say whatever he wants, the government hasn't arrested Sterling for his racist comments.

http://www.eyeonbooks.com/obama_transcript.pdf

As if Black, Asian, and Hispanic executives don't live in the suburbs, and also don't want to be taxed twice for both their own suburban school districts and Chicago's school district. No, according to Obama it's just those evil Whites.
In the interest of providing quotes in the context in which they were made, which you probably meant to do but got sidetracked somehow, here it is:

Quote:
Obama: ... There’s been a lot of talk about the “browning of America”...

EOB: I was just going to use that same phrase ...

Obama: ... and I think that is going to be happening. We can’t ignore it. I think
whether or not my children or your children will have to struggle with these
same issues depends on what we do, and whether we take some mutual
responsibility for bridging the divisions that exist right now. And I really
want to emphasize the word “responsibility.” I think that whether you are a
white executive living out in the suburbs, who doesn’t want to pay taxes to
inner-city children for them to go to school, or you’re an inner-city child who
doesn’t want to take responsibility for keeping your street safe and clean, both
of those groups have to take some responsibility if we’re going to get beyond
the kinds of divisions that we face right now.

It's still a racist allegation. Obama derided only whites in his statement.

Obviously, you're entitled to interpret as you wish. But please don't do that on behalf of everyone else - lest you want others deciding what you and your beliefs are best described as.

I'll defer to Merriam-Webster:
Quote:
racism: racial prejudice or discrimination
Racism - Definition and More from the Free Merriam-Webster Dictionary

Obama did in fact derogatorily racially discriminate against white executives.

It seems to me that you've either not read, or don't understand, the definition you've provided from that dictionary.

Do you need a further definition of discrimination?
Quote:
discrimination: the act, practice, or an instance of discriminating categorically rather than individually
Discrimination - Definition and More from the Free Merriam-Webster Dictionary

Yes, America elected a racist president in 2008 and then again in 2012.

He is not racist, he is jealous.. his girlfriend is black and hispanic.. he said he didn't want her to change her skin color.. sounds like he is just jealous because he is white.. not racist, she is black and is seen with black men.. jealousy pure and simple.

Whoah, flashback. Remember the "Whitey" tape? Another right-wing daydream crushed by reality.
