These people exaggerate. You can wear all kinds of normal workout clothes, just not those low cut bottoms with crop tops. Both women in the news were wearing that. The pregnant one just outgrew her outfit and needed to get a bigger size or just cover with a tee or longer tank.

Personally I do not want to see your belly uncovered pregnant or not. Modesty goes a long way no matter how "non trendy" it is.
